A little slow this month! We had a week off but didn’t end up doing reading friendly things like going to the beach. Also started a lot of books and couldn’t get into them.

Swiped by L.M. Chilton (awful!!)
Baby Teeth by Zoje Stage (reread before the sequel came out)
A Killing of Innocents by Deborah Crombie (last one!)
The Last Room on the Left by Leah Konen (fun)
Our Colors (Bokura no shikisai #1-3) by Gengoroh Tagame with Anne Ishii (Translator) (a little disturbing)
Leave the Girls Behind by Jacqueline Bublitz (uneven but a good idea)
Smothermoss by Alisa Alering (interesting)
Crimson Lake by Candice Fox (solid)
A Well-Trained Wife: My Escape from Christian Patriarchy by Tia Levings (bad)
Big in Sweden: A Novel by Sally Franson (cute idea but not good)
Death at Morning House by Maureen Johnson (okay)
Redemption Point by Candice Fox (solid but there are other kinds of crimes!)
Gone by Midnight by Candice Fox (solid, better than the second)
Dear Hanna by Zoje Stage (a little uneven)
Never Saw Me Coming: How I Outsmarted the FBI and the Entire Banking System—and Pocketed $40 Million by Tanya Smith (started out great and then went downhill and stopped making sense)
Return to Wyldcliffe Heights by Carol Goodman (okay)
The Marlow Murder Club by Robert Thorogood (cute)
Till Death Do Us Part by Laurie Elizabeth Flynn (ridiculous)
The Dark We Know by Wen-yi Lee (okay)
Death Comes to Marlowe by Robert Thorogood (basically the same conclusion as the first)
The Queen of Poisons by Robert Thorogood (better than the second but why did they did a man to set up coffee if it was just Nespresso?)
Rainbow Black by Maggie Thrash (the second half was like a different book)
