Everything I Read in March 2025

Not a lot of books this month! A lot of duds and a few that took me a long time to get through that I had been excited about.

The Lying Game by Ruth Ware (a re-listen)

The Dollhouse Academy by Margarita Montimore (squandered its potential)

Sucker Punch: Essays by Scaachi Koul (depressing)

The First Girl by Claire McGowan (solid)

Say Everything by Ione Skye (disappointing, it was just about the people she and her mom slept with)

A Perfect Day to Be Alone by Nanae Aoyama with Jesse Kirkwood (Translator) (odd, ok)

Girl Falling by Hayley Scrivenor (disappointing)

The Death of Mrs. Westaway by Ruth Ware (a re-listen)

You Belong Here by Megan Miranda (fun)

The Woman in Suite 11 by Ruth Ware (fun)

I Would Die for You by Sandie Jones (the best part was the afterward where the author revealed she had been a Duran Duran groupie—which I guessed by the use of “Duranie” in the book)

This Stays Between Us by Sara Ochs (eh)
