Keep Your Friends Close by Leah Konen (solid)

You Should Have Told Me by Leah Konen (solid)

The Last Time She Saw Him by Kate White (not great!)

Black Caesars and Foxy Cleopatras: A History of Blaxploitation Cinema by Odie Henderson (entertaining)

Out of Bounds by Val McDermid (good)

Interesting Facts About Space by Emily Austin (good)

Bye, Baby by Carola Lovering (a little odd)

The Unwedding by Ally Condie (also surprisingly good!)

House of Glass by Sarah Pekkanen (feels ripe to be made into a series or adapted for tv)

The Final Curtain by Keigo Higashino with Keigo Higashino (Translator) (okay, but not as good as I hoped)

Anna by Mia Oberländer (no one in this family should have pets)

All the Broken People by Leah Konen (fun)

The Night Guest by Hildur Knútsdótti with Mary Robinette Kowal (Translator) (okay but ended abruptly)

Group Living and Other Recipes: A Memoir by Lola Milholland (uneven)

Broken Ground by Val McDermid (solid)

Almost Surely Dead by Amina Akhtar (unexpected jinn storyline but entertaining)

Splinters: A Memoir by Leslie Jamison (I must have read so many excerpts or essays that were incorporated into this because I had major deja vu)

The Widow’s Guide to Dead Bastards by Jessica Waite (really uneven)

Everyone Who Can Forgive Me Is Dead by Jenny Hollander (the twist about the fiancé was bad)

The Return of Ellie Black by Emiko Jean (tone was off)

This Is Our Story by Ashley Elston (not bad but a lot of build up for a quick conclusion)

Look In the Mirror by Catherine Steadman (a wild ride but what happened to Penny, Lucinda’s dog??)
